We found this note sitting on the desktop this morning, UNSENT!! Summer Fridays are a little shorter around here…
Summer sports = hot, sweaty players, coaches, and umps. Your Stanley is packed with ice and water (and maybe a little sumpin’ sumpin’ – SHHH, we won’t tell!). Coolers of water and Gatorade are lined up behind the dugout. Speaking of lines, there’s a long one at the water fountain.
Guess who’s forgotten – those who call the game. And they’re wearing black!
Bring some extra water or stop at the concession stand and make sure the umps, scoring booth team, and coaches (on BOTH sides) are hydrated.
